Hi there,

There is a small delay related to the time it takes for your video to load/play. To address this, my best recommendation is to take a screenshot of the first frame of your video and use that as the background image. This way it will appear as if the two are the same.

Hi Christopher,

I've finalized our home page to just have a video loop as the background but the default header image (mountains) keeps showing up before the video loop. I've already turned off 'Header Image' within Customize -> Header Image but it still shows for some reason. Would love your help with this.
