I figured it out. There were actually two archive.php and single.php files. I removed the lines from all four and now, all of the dates are gone now.

Thanks

Hi there,

To remove the date information, you can simply remove those lines from the PHP files. Targeting specific categories requires a little more work. If it was something I knew off the top of my head I would gladly help, but if it requires a bit of research, testing and custom code then I have ask that you submit a request for customization services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Hope you understand.

Thanks!

Hello, I also would like the date removed from the projects posts as it makes the projects seem like they were kA built within a week of each other. I see your answer in this thread but don't know what I'm supposed to do with the two lines of code here. Do I replace the current lines with what you have provided here? Do I just remove these two lines from the .PHP files...

To make it ever more tricky, we would love for the date s to remain on actual blog posts - just not the projects.

http://huntonbradybeta.com/category/services/healthcare-projects/

Thanks for any help.

Hi there,

The dates for post items are located in the following areas...

1. archive.php on line 129...

<p class="theDate"><?php echo get_the_date();?></p>

2. single.php on line 32...

echo '<li>'.__('Date:','themolitor').' <span><a href="'. get_month_link( $archive_year, $archive_month ).'">'. get_the_time('F Y').'</a></span></li>';

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Hi,

great theme. I really love it. I'm using for a small company. My question is how do you remove Dates from a post from displaying? I don't want the dates showing anywhere.

Thanks and GLWS
