Hi there,

The ellipses effect is both a design and functional requirement.

If the titles took up two lines, it would require a portion of the image to be hidden. I made the design decision that it's better to have a portion of the title hidden (when applicable) than to hide the image/artwork/video, which is the main purpose of the theme.

Also, the title area is a button that shows additional content. If titles ran on two lines, it would also cover a portion of the space available for that as well.

Hope that explains the reasoning behind utilizing the ellipses effect.

I noticed that after I had edited my theme options, the year of the post comes up next to my title.

Also, is there any way that I can get the title of some posts to be on two lines instead of one? I'd like it all to show and as of now, it ends with an elipses.
