Hi there,

There isn't really a solution since that is just the nature of full screen backgrounds.

Full screen backgrounds have to adjust to the size of the browser. If the browser is a standard 16:9, and the image isn't, then parts of the image need to be cropped to fill in the dead space.

The best approach here is to tweak the image into a 16:9 aspect ratio by adding black padding to a non-16:9 image.

Thanks!

Chris

Have you found a solution for the cropped images? Because I've been trying to reduce the resolution but the images continues to expand more than the screen is. Another solution a part of the black canvas around each photo I want to upload.

Thank you very much!

PS. I wrote in the main purchase forum about my lost password, but I finally solve it reintroducing the code and sign in again. I worked.. Thanks anyway!
