As ckelley mentioned, we do not provide customization services. This is a standard practice for authors that sell a high volume of themes.

You're free to ask Envato for a refund, but unless they find that the template is broken they generally dont issue refunds. As stated in our terms and conditions we do not provide customization services as part of our support nor should that be expected as you're purchasing a theme not a service and as stated in ThemeForest terms & conditions, themes are purchased with no guarantee of support.

Hi there. This theme isn't at what I thought I was purchasing. Nothing wrong with it, I just thought it was a lot more customizable than it is. However, I am still trying to make it work.

I was hoping I could get another page template. I don't want all my pages as blogs. Basically the main page I want a slider across the page with text boxes underneath that I can change. Then images under those.

The other pages will mainly be text and pictures.

Just let me know if these are possible.
