yes thats very wrong, you need put in in the bottom of the style.css NOT in the post editor using a text editor or the WordPress Editor(if you have the proper permissions on the files) Appearance -> Editor

you're going to have to be more specific to whats not working, and what do you mean by "commands" are you talking about code?

Hello.

I see that a lot of the troubles I have is easily fixed by Custom CSS (removing dots etc) However, the interface has changed and what used to work by putting in "commands", is not working anymore. Can someone help me?
