Hi there,

The next/prev links only load for posts in the same category. I recommend making a parent category (i.e. "timeline", etc.) and have all timeline posts in that category.

Hi Chris, thanks for the prompt response. If I open a post in the middle of the timeline, I cannot scroll in one direction with the prev and next options. It only goes one step and stops at newest or oldest. You can only go back and forth one step no matter from where one starts.

For now I will try to remove the option.

Hi there,

Do you have your timeline set to descending order? If so, the first item listed on the timeline will be the "newest" and the last item on the timeline will be the "oldest". To reverse this, change the timeline settings to display in ascending order.

Regarding removing the next/prev post links, open single.php and remove lines 43-89.

Hi Chris,
At the bottom of my posts, the "Currently Viewing" order is not in sync and also ends abruptly.

For example, if I click on the newest post and click on "Older," it displays the correct post
... but now it says "Currently Viewing the Oldest Item," which is incorrect since I have much older items that that one.

Can you try it out to see what I mean?
If I can't fix this, then can you tell me how to get rid of that feature, i.e. remove the thumbnail navigation between posts at the bottom of each post?
