Hi there,

Thanks for following up... You can adjust the image settings for the slideshow to your preferred dimensions in function.php on lines 156 & 157...

'height'        => 800,
'width'         => 1200,

Please let me know if that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Ah, I DID find a question in the forum that addresses this same question. I see that the Header images for the slideshow are being cropped to 1200x800 -- but my photos are 1920x1080 (therefor a huge chunk of the photos are being lost on either side. So my NEW question is...
Is there a way to change the Header upload size to 1920x1080? Thanks!

Hi Christopher.

First of all, THANK YOU for the amazing theme. I just completed my new website using the theme and I couldn't be happier. I have just one question that I cant quite figure out.

I'm using the video+reviews option and my homepage has the slideshow. But when I upload the pictures to the slideshow, the system demands that I crop the images drastically on the right and the left. Then when they load to the slideshow they are magnified even further and everyone's head gets cut off. I've read all the info in the forums and my pics are the correct 16:9 aspect ratio - so I'm unclear why the system demands that I crop them. Any ideas? I got around this issue by uploading the pics again with large black borders, allowing the full image to be seen on all types of monitors. But I'd love it if I could figure out another option. I have pics in the Gallery page as well, but there the system doesn't demand the cropping. Let me know what you think.

Thank you!

Andy
