Try posting this in the "display format" field on the customize page...

%%D%% days : %%H%% hrs : %%M%% min : %%S%% sec

I'm having an issue with the Countdown feature. It just displays %D% days : %H% hrs : %M% min : %S% sec instead of the actual countdown.

How do I fix this?
