No, timthumb shouldn't cause any visual issues like that.

I see the slider is working, but the edits made to the theme still look bad. Unfortunately I can't provide support for customizations like this.

I have one more question regarding the featured slider...is it possible that I have an issue with timthumb.php I have read several comments about there being a vulnerability that needs to be fixed. Could that be causing my problem?

The images that we have had in the bottom section have never affected our slider until recently. I tried posting a completely new post today and the images isn't there but when I right click on the property of the slider box and view background image it gives me this http://wyandotteccc.org/wp-content/themes/wpchurch/images/post_top.jpg

I'm taking over the website from a professional who is no longer able to work on the site. If there is anyway you can help me solve this issue I would be greatful

I see that you've made edits to the template to display images below the slider. Visually there are a lot of errors, so I would recommend fixing this to see if that has an impact on the slider.

Hey Chris,

I have been updating our website for several years now. This morning when I came in to update information for the featured slider all the previous slider images that had previously worked fine would not show up. I went ahead and worked on the new slider images and made a post and inserted the image and published the post and then refreshed my browser (Firefox) and the images still did not show up.

I have read several of your post including the one about Important information about Featured and still have not been able to figure out what might be causing the issue. The image is in the actual post when you click on the slider box but it doesn't show up on the slider bar.

Thanks for your very clean and sharp looking theme...we really have enjoyed working with it.
