Are you referring to the Contact Form? Or do you have Comments enabled on your Contact page?

Please clarify and I'll go ahead and take a look.

How do I remove the comments portion of the contact us page? I uninstaleld the plugin, but it is still there. I have one I would like to use to collect email adressed when leaving a comment.
