Hi there,

You can do that with a plugin. I recommend trying Contact Form 7: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Once installed, you can use the shortcode provided by the plugin and copy/paste it into the post content area.

Hi There,

I was wondering if it would be possible to put a contact form on each event?

The reason being that a) I dont want to be putting peoples emails on te posts & b) I want them to be able to see when a request comes through the site
