Hi there,

WordPress must be adding those br tags then. Probably because you're using all those shortcodes for the form fields.

Have you tried using Contact Form 7? That's a much better plugin IMO.

Hi there,

It looks like you have br tags in your contact form markup. That is the reason the spacing looks odd. Remove those br tags and let me know if that helps.
