Hello,

Ok, I've tried everything!!
And finally the last option possible to detect the problem was: the hosting provider. And yes it was:

As I was in a test period, I used my own personal email address as email receptor of the form.

The hosting provider answer was: for security reason, you need to set the email address using one of the definitive domain name. So the domain name is lafavemedia.mx, the email receptor should be ........@lafavemedia.mx

And yes it works!

Hi there,

No, I haven't heard of that issue before. I can't think of anything that would be theme-related causing this to happen.

Maybe try switching themes to see if it's still happening?

Let me know.

Best,

Chris

Hello,

I'm used to working with the contact form 7 plugin, and you recommend it yourself.
I've never had issues before with this plugin, but here, it doesn't work.

I´ve disabled the other plugins, i´ve changed the receptor email, i've tried with other contact form plugin, and yet meet the same problem over and over again: the form is sent, BUT never arrives to my email, neither in spams or bin..

Have you heard of such a problem before?

Thanks

Clémence
