Um it is NOT posted in the help file, unless I'm losing it. I'll look again, is there another help file besides the PDF?

As camomilla mentioned (and is posted in the help file), Contact Form 7 is the plugin used for that form.

I see that there is a contact form on the contact page of your Eventure theme. I don't see any template to create one in the dashboard. Is there a built in way to do it, or do I need a plugim of some sort?
