Hello,

Please take a look at your Help file for the Contact form question. For Google Maps, you can install a simple Google Maps plugin and follow their guidelines for inserting a map on the contact page!

I want to make a Contact Form with Name, Email & Message. And if possible to include a Google Map for location, please let me know how I can do it.
