The "Videos 1" and "Gallery" pages are pages using specific page templates. More info about that here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#templates

For "Videos 1", it automatically grabs all posts that have the "Video" post format assigned. For More info, please review this section of the help file: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#videoPage

The "Gallery" page displays all images uploaded to that specific page. More info here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#galleryPage

We are creating this page for use as a driver for a documentary. Most of the content I will be using will just be place holders until I can get our content in house. I guess the main issue that I am seeing so far, how do you edit the content that goes into the page templates like the Videos 1 page (not the categories) or gallery pages?

It really depends on what type of page you're trying to create. Looking at the demo site, the Synopsis page is just a standard page, but the "Video 1" and "Video 2" page are using a page template, which pulls in video posts.

What type of page are you trying to create?

Im a little confused. To make content for a certain 'page', do I post it as a categorized post or post the content directly to that 'page'?
