Hi there,

Unfortunately that isn't a quick edit I can provide instruction for here in the forums. To make this a feature and not a "hack" (i.e. custom fields to control the external site URL, etc.), I'll have to ask that you submit a request for custom services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Hope you understand.

Best,

Christopher

Thanks again! :D

What I would it like to be:
I have a page with the "gallery" template and on that page are various articles.
When I click on one of these articles, it opens up to a new full screen page.
Instead of that I would like to get to another website when clicking the pictures of the articles.
I guess it's something like exchanging the permalink of the article to a completely different link...

For example: Somebody sees the picture of my friend Paul and reads his short biography (on the gallery page), but then clicks on Pauls picture (which is the picture of the article) and then a new tab opens up with Pauls YTchannel...

Teenagers and technology nowadays (headshaking) ;)

Best,

Thanks a lot!

I don't know why I didn't get it earlier, shame on me... ;P
I do really appreciate your quick answer.
May I ask one more thing?
When I go to the gallery page and klick on an image, the article opens up. (with the article picture in the background)
Can I change that, or link another website to it?

By the way, sorry for making you so much trouble...
Friends of mine and me just shot a movie at school and want to go viral, but I'm kinda new to Wordpress and Webdesign...

I would really appreciate it, if you could help me out one more time!
Lukas

Hi there,

The "videos" page template is not the same as "Reviews + Video". The "Videos" page template can be seen in the demo page if you navigate to the "Videos 1" page in the menu.

The "Reviews + Video" template will automatically display the latest video post (i.e. post with the "video" post format assigned). If you have a video post with the "sticky" feature active, this will override your most recent post.

The reviews section loads all your posts with the "quote" post format assigned.

For more info about post formats, please be sure to review this section of the help file: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#postoformats

Please let me know if that helps.

Best,

Hi there,

I'm currently struggling with the "Reviews + Video" template.
Your "index.html - help text" says, that the latest published Article including the Link in the Options is used by the "Reviews + Video" template. Right?
Well, the Article template is set to "video". When the Homepage uses "Video" template the play button appears and it works, but the quotes are missing... When on "R+V" there is no play button but the quotes and I don't know what I've done wrong...
I would really appreciate your help!

Thanks in advance,
Lukas
