Looks like that dropbox link is not a direct file link, but rather it's a website link displaying the video. You need to link to just the video file. One way to know it's a proper file link is that all you see when visiting the URL is the video player (no extra "stuff" on the page).

My best recommendation is to first try increasing the upload size for your WordPress installation. Here is a quick google search to get started with that:

Beyond that, I don't have a solid recommendation as I do not use third-party services for uploading my website content. The main reason for having a website/database is to store all your own files and not be too dependent on other services.

I also recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they can help you store files if you continue to have trouble.

The URL should end with ".mp4" for it to work properly. Also, be sure URLs are publicly visible when using services like that (those services usually keep URLs private).

I'd like to enter the url to my mp4 - I've tried entering the url from Google Drive and Dropbox and the link didn't work. Is there another media host you'd recommend besides Youtube or Vimeo?
