Hi there,

The walk-through video is version 1.0 of the theme. There have been lots of updates/changes since then. The main difference is that the theme now uses the WordPress theme customizer instead of the old OptionTree theme options panel, which is why it looks different.

Regarding link colors, try putting the following in your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

a {color:#000;}

Just change the #000 to a color you want for your text.

Regarding your home page, it looks like you assigned a static page as your home page. This is why there is no welcome message. The slider is showing, but you only appear to have a single post, which is why the arrow buttons don't show up.

Question… The colors of my site are black and yellow. I like the hover effects on the calendar events and welcome message going from black to yellow and the hover on the menu. But my text links throughout the site (on event descriptions, etc) are also yellow and can’t be read. Is it possible to change the text links to a different color, and if so how? My options panel looks much different than in the walk through video.

Also, my welcome message and slider have disappeared and I can’t get either to show back up. What should I do?

Is there also a way to have a full width page that is two columns AND a full width page that is one column? I need use of both on the site.
