I had to enable an additional setting in PHP since I am running this on an Apple server.

Your source code is showing PHP, which is a red flag that something is up with your hosting/server. I would recommend contacting them and ask why PHP is showing in the source code.

I am done using the server for testing and decided to rebuild it. The WordPress Church Theme is installed and partially setup but for some reason the colors do not show up on the page. I have tried changing the color in the options but that did not resolve the issue. I hope that this is just something simple that I am overlooking. The website is at http://www.ebcwaco.org
