...to this...

input[type="text"],
input[type="email"],

I have a strange issue and I think it has to do with the theme.
This url has a form to fill out
http://www.southernplainsroofing.com/contact-us/

It works in firefox, safari, and IE however in chrome the radio and checkmark boxes are unusable. This is on chrome desktop and mobile.
Ideally you would think its a Chrome issue, but I've been using chrome for years and filled out forms fine. Contact form 7 and chrome were fine on the old site and it worked. Is the theme distorting it on chrome for some reason? How do I fix this?
