Hi there,

That's odd. The theme isn't generating or controlling those check boxes, so I can't think of anything theme-based that would help with this. I did notice some weird attributes for the input tag, but again, that isn't theme-related.

Maybe try a different plugin to see if the issue is isolated to the plugin you're using?

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hello Chris,

Thank you for your answer. I am on Mavericks and tried on both Chrome and Safari and didn't work. Just checked and they function properly on Firefox.

Hi there,

I'm able to check the boxes without issues. Were you able to resolve this?

If not, please provide additional details (i.e. browser, OS, etc.).

Best,

Chris

Hello,

I have an issue with checkboxes.

I tried to include a Contact Form with two different plugins: Contact Form 7 and Custom Contact Forms. The issue is that checkboxes didn't display in the correct size neither can be checked. I followed the suggestion in this forum and added this to my Custom CSS box on the Customize page:

input[type=checkbox] {width: auto !important;}

This solved the size issue. However, they still cannot be checked. Here's the lint to the Contact page: http://eximco.cc/contacto/

I hope you can help me.

Best regards,
Jorge
