Wow, thanks for the quick response. Here's the answers

1. No, brand new install

2. 3.4.1

3. I paid $40 so I hope it's the Wordpress version.

4. 1.2 version of theme

5. The file was unzipped. I've uploaded lots of themes before, no PHP skills though.

Must be some small bug. I could pm you the site and details if you want to take a quick look.

1. do you have any plugins installed?

2. what version of WordPress?

3. are you 100% positive its the WordPress version not the html(site template)

4. what version of the theme(look in the style.css)

5. have you unzip the original download file from themeforest(theme files are actually inside)

on a side note, thats a quote thats built into multiple places of the core(WordPress) which shows on error/hack attempts

that's what it says when I try activate the theme. I don't seen any topic on here addressing that. Running the newest version of wordpress. Any help is appreciated thanks!
