Be sure to look for all color references in the CSS for the navigation items. Specifically items under "#dropmenu ul"

The images are resizing, but keep in mind the proportions of the slider. It's more wide that it is tall, so if an image is more tall than it is wide, the top and bottom parts of the image will be cropped to fit nicely. This is to avoid a "squeezed" appearance.

The link is http://www.citychurchspokane.org/ and role over "Sermons"

also the images in the featured slider arent resizing... they are just "cropping" the tops and bottoms of the pictures, any suggestions?

thanks! I love the theme!
