<p>The + symbol is achieved via code, whereas the website you sent me is using an image for the navigation.  They've made a customization to the theme and I would not be able to tell you how they accomplished it.  Your best bet is to reach out to them and see how they did it - I've found that most Theme owners are willing to share.</p>
