Hi there,

Sorry, but that goes a bit beyond the level of support I'm able to provide here in the forums. If it was something I knew off the top of my head I would gladly help, but if it requires a bit of research, testing and custom code then I have ask that you submit a request for customization services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Hope you understand.

Thanks!

Chris

PS Just to clarify, when I say "I would still love to generally resize the images to be bigger as they appear in the post please," by bigger I do mean wider.
Cheers :)

Hello there. I would like to change the max width of the image size in my posts from its current 280 px to 450px. However when I change the just width in the stylesheet it gives me images with the incorrect aspect ratio and when I change the width plus add a "height:auto" it gives me images which appear piled up on top of each other.

My blog is http://www.erikaszostakphotograhy.com

Here is the original from the stylesheet:

#postImgs {margin-left: 310px;}
#postImgs .postImg {margin: 0 30px 30px 0; width: 280px; float: left;}
#postImgs .postImg img {width: 280px;}

Here's what I did that gave me the piled-up/stacked images:

#postImgs {margin-left: 310px;}
#postImgs .postImg {margin: 0 30px 30px 0; width: 450px; height: auto; float: left;}
#postImgs .postImg img {width: 4500px; height: auto;}

And here's a picture of the problem:
http://i1224.photobucket.com/albums/ee372/photomadly/Screen%20Shot%202015-02-16%20at%2023.34.12_zpsdvpqr8dm.png

Ideally I'd like landscape and portrait images to appear proportionately. Is there any way to do that? When I change just the width to 450px the portrait images end up appearing (at 450px W by 675 px H) twice as big as the landscape images (at 450px W by 300px H).

Anyway, if changing it so the images don't maintain the same proportion across landscape and portrait images isn't possible, then fine, but I would still love to generally resize the images to be bigger as they appear in the post please.
Thanks so much for any help!
