"Simple Custom Post Order" is a nice option lets you just drag the post where you want it within the posts section

I used http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-types-order/

There is an advanced one that works way better, but of course you have to pay for it. Also, if you're purchasing it, make sure you buy it before changing the order. for some reason, the paid version switches which post comes first, and it's annoying to redo all your hard work!

You will need to find a plugin thats compatible if you want to be able to manage posts order from the backend

anything beyond that would require custom work http://themolitor.com/custom

Hi again.
Sorry to be a pain, but I need to reorder the way the posts are on the menu. I added plug-ins that reorder posts, but it doesn't seem to work with the theme. As a seasonal restaurant, they will need to constantly update the site, and if it reads the most recent post first, it defeats the whole purpose. Do you have a suggestion on how to fix this so I can reorder the posts?
