Hi there,

The "Large" option is based on the size of your browser window. It will auto-adjust to fit the space available.

The "Standard" option will also adjust if the main content of the page doesn't "fill in" the available space. If you want to adjust the minimum height for the Standard option, try playing with the bottom padding of the header first. Currently the bottom padding is set to 80px, so to decrease this, you can add the following to your Custom CSS box on the customize page...

#header {padding-bottom: 60px;}
