If it was something I knew off the top of my head I would gladly help, but if it requires a bit of research (i.e. review if this change affects supporting scripts), testing (i.e. review if any browsers have an issue with this change) and custom code then I have ask that you submit a request for customization services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Regarding custom jQuery scripts, you can add those to the "jQuery" section on the Customize page.

If there aren't any easy ways of doing that, where should I put a jQuery script so that it will run every page change? I've tried putting it in the header, footer, and archive.php, but none of them run every page change...

Hey!

Loving the theme so far. Really well done.

I've got a home page that has a video background, but for all other pages, I would like to have a static image (e.g. I've got a Cast & Crew category page for which I would like a static image as the background). I'm sure I could make the changes I need through jQuery after everything has loaded, but I'm wondering if there is an easier solution.
