Hi there,

1. I updated your CSS. Should be good now.

2. I updated your CSS. Should be good now.

3. Ah, nice catch! Here's the fix: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/update-v101-for-vysualize

4. AJAX is what allows the pages to be loaded without refreshing the page. The main utility of this is when you're using the audio feature and want the audio to continuously play. Otherwise it is not necessary.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

Thank you for the above..

!. The .css you gave has now added a Logo but the 'spinning logo' is still there, how can I remove this?

2. The .css to remove the footer has worked on the desktop/laptop but when viewing on an iPhone the footer appears, how can I stop this?

3. When using an iPhone the Menu background shows the image as per your demo not the one I have added which appears when using a desktop/laptop

4. Turning off the Ajax appears to of fixed the mp3 plugin as this now works, but how is the site effected when turning this off??

Thank you for you help.

Hi there,

You can use the following example to replace the spinning animation with a logo image by copy/pasting it into your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

.spinner > * {display: none !important;}
.spinner {
    background: url("http://drfayekirkland.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Dr_Faye_Logo.png") no-repeat center center;
    display: block;
    height: 100px !important;
    margin: -50px 0 0 -200px;
    width: 400px !important;
}

Notice the margins are half the height/width, so be sure to update those if you make changes to the height/width values (depending on the image you want to use).

Let me know if that helps.

To remove the footer space, you can add the following to your Custom CSS box...

body {
    padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}

Regarding the plugin, I'm not exactly sure why it isn't working, but I believe it has to do with the themes use of AJAX. You can try deactivating AJAX on the Customize page (via the JavaScript section) to test and see if this is the source of the conflict.

Regarding twitter, you can display that via a widget on a page using the widgets page template. More info here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysualize/#templates

Twitter feeds are not typically displayed on "official movie sites". A twitter link is the most commonly used approach for promoting twitter accounts.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

I sent you an email with login to the site? Did you not receive this?

I REALLY need this logo fixed as per our initial conversation, please let me know the 'style' hack asap.

If it not possible to have the footer in the format, can you please give me some .css to remove the empty space.

So is there no way of presenting the audio files as per that plugin that I purchased? Why does this not work? As it worked on all the other Wordpress templates that I have used?

Is there also no way of having live Twitter feeds, surely this is just a straight forward plugin or a page with html?

Look forward to hearing from you..

Hi there,

Welcome to the forums!

Regarding the logo, can you provide a link to your site? I have an idea that might be a quick little style hack to achieve this and can give you code specifically for your site/url.

Regarding your other items...

1. Unfortunately that would require a good amount of research, writing and testing to achieve and goes beyond the standard support services that I provide. If you want to explore the cost/time associated with this customization, please feel free to submit a request for services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

2. Have you considered publishing your audio as a video on YouTube/Vimeo? This is probably better for exposure (i.e. more people will come across it naturally) as well as preventing users from simply downloading your mp3 files (not sure if you're okay with that?). If that's not an option, unfortunately this type of implementation would require custom services as VYSUALIZE was designed, developed and marketed as a video-focused theme for film projects. MP3 files are sort of a different beast if you follow me.

3. With how the menu is positioned/setup, sub menus simply display below the parent link. You can learn more about the actual setup of menu here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/menu-setup

4. Regarding errors, are they error messages? If so you can share those here. Otherwise you can send me emails here: http://themolitor.com/contact (please reference this thread w/ link).

Let me know.

Best,

Christopher

Prior purchasing your theme I asked if you could help with changing the loading logo from the spinner to a bespoke image, you said when this was purchased you could help via this forum, please advise how to do this.

Also, I would like some help with.

1. Removing the footer of movie information/style and replacing with a more common 4 column footer, that will have the following :

i) Twitter Feed
ii) FB Feed
iii) Latest Posts
iiii) Contact Form

2. I also really want to be able to add .mp3 files that can be streamed, ( I had used a plugin called tPlayer which worked perfectly with old theme but does not work with this. Please explain how to get these playing, ideally in a pop up function?

3. Menus. I want to be able to have a 'sub' menu, how is this possible?

Many thanks in advance.

Jeremy
