Hi, i got a similar problem.
My logo is partially visible. I think the problem is the heigth of container.
If i´m allright, Where can i adjust this height?

If not, what is?

Replace the logo-trans.php file with your logo.

The large WordPress logo is achieved via CSS background for #header.
