I like the post feature at the bottom left of the home page. I would like to add this feature on every page, including the single post pages. Currently, those pages only have the arrows. How can I make this change?

Additionally, I would like to put this feature in the center of my footer with the map controls to the left and the copyright/search to the right. Is this possible.
