Hi there,

That's definitely where it's controlled. Maybe you have a caching plugin? Have you tried clearing your cache?

Thanks!

it didn't work :(
it seems like somewhere else is controlling the opacity over the custom.js. Any other suggestions? Maybe within the header.php page? but then, where?

Thank you again...

Hi there,

You can control the opacity in the custom.js file on line 163 under the "PRETTYPHOTO" heading...

opacity:".5",

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks!

Hi again,

In regards to the PrettyPhoto lightbox background opacity effect, I checked the website you gave me and I followed their instructions but it's still not working. The opacity of the background around the image is still the same. Once I "inspect the code" using Firefox, it tells me it's "inline" called "element", but I can't find that anywhere. I'm sure it's something super simple, so I'm wondering if you have any tip on how to change the black bg opacity from 0.5 to 0.9. Any help is very appreciated!

Thank you again,

Mariane Kingston

Hi there,

Thanks for the nice remarks!

1. This theme is using the prettyPhoto plugin system for the lightbox effect. For more info about the options available and customization features, please review the site here: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/

2. By "tab" are you referring to one of the links in the navigation menu? If so, you can add a class unique to that menu item. On the "menus" page, click "screen options" in the upper-right and click the checkbox for showing class names. Then you can style that class specifically.

If that isn't what you're referring to, please clarify.

Thanks!

Chris

Good morning,

First of all, congrats on the theme. It's beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I have two questions:
1. On the homepage timeline slider, once I click on any image, it opens up into a lightbox view. How do I change the border color around the image and the percentage of (black) transparency that covers the screen around the lightbox image? I know it's CSS, but I cant find which file and line. Can you help me please?

2. My client wants to have 1 tab out of the entire menu different from the other tabs. It could be just having the specific tab in caps, or italic, or different color, or even an image. Is it possible to do that with only 1 tab out of the entire menu?
