You can control the menu animations from the "scripts.js" file. Locate the following:

...jQuery(this).find('ul:first').css({visibility: "visible",display: "none"}).show("slow");...

You can change "slow" to "fast"

I am wondering how to adjust the animation speed of the pop-down menus at the top of the page? I want to speed them up like they are at 1stbaptistchurch.org. Thanks!
