Yes I can you can add custom CSS to change the colors, you will need to know everything you want to change to do so the best bet is to use firebug to select the elements and make your changes

I was wondering if I can add to the custom css to change the header, footer and general background color from Black to White. Essentially, I wanted to see if there is a way to inverse the color of the theme from black background and white text to white background and black text. Thanks.
