1. Are you referring to the month box? If so, you can edit the CSS like this...

li.monthYear {
    background-color: #000;
}

Hello Chris,

I really enjoy your themes and Eventure is the second I`m buying. Working nice but with some questions:

1. How can I change the color of the calendar box at front page? I would like to pick not a black.

2. There are some posts on my page that I dont want to show the date when they were published. They are not at the calendar, they are just information. How can I take it off?
