Sorry Chris,

I think 2 is working too.
Maybe the cache was showing me the last version... but I closed everything and looked into the page on a different browser and it seems is ok.
Thanks,
JP

Hi Chris,

1 and 3 worked perfectly!
Regarding 2, I went to the file and erase the that part, but the symbols are still there... Is there any other place to look for it?

Thanks, JP

Sure Michael,

If you go to Appearance > Theme Options, you have the "Custom CSS" area where you can add aomething like this:
#dropmenu li a { display: block; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; text-transform: uppercase; color: #000000;}
Save changes and reload your website to see the effects and adjust the code for your intentions.
You can see in this code that you can change the font size, font weight, color, etc
Hope it works,
JP

Hi JP,

1. In your custom CSS, adding the following...

#content {background: url('http://www.wearearchitects.com/jpsousa/wp-content/themes/wpbm/images/backgrounds/stripe_right_bg.png');}

2. Open "scripts.js" (inside the scripts folder) and remove line 152 that has the following...

jQuery("#dropmenu ul").parent().children("a").append(" +");

3. To adjust this, add something like the following to your custom CSS...

#dropmenu li ul li a {padding:0 5px}

Let me know if that helps.

Chris

Here is the address:
http://www.wearearchitects.com/jpsousa/

I would like to:
- the white background bellow the header
- remove the "+" in the menu links "about", "work", etc
- align the sublinks with the main links in the menus. For instance, in "About", the submenu "bio, expertise, etc" should start aligned in the left with the about, and not indented as it is now.

Thanks,
JP

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

a) I would like to change the white background of the body of the pages to the same of the header (the light oblique stripes)
Can you tell me what's the code for that?
Should I add it in the CSS custom area in theme options?

b) When I add links as sub-menus, the top link gets a "+" symbol in front of it. How can I remove that symbol?

3) the links in the submenus appear a bit to the right regarding the main link (paddle?) How can I make them started with the same left alignment with the main link?

Thanks in advance for anny help on this,
JP
