When updating to 1.6, you need to re-apply your settings on the customize page (appearance > customize).

I have the same problem, after updating to 1.6.
I cant see the map behind post list for a category.
Also in the category, the box at the left corner is not appearing, instead of that the posts are on a list like a blog. I have the 1.5.2 also installed, and when i changed to older version everything works ok.

Hi there,

The background images for category pages are controlled via the "Default Background Image URL" field in the WP Theme Customizer panel ("appearance" > "customize").

I am using the newest version of the theme and the newest version of wordpress and can't seem to add a image or map behind the post list for a category. There is no "blog category" in the settings (WP or Customize under Theme). I have a category with posts that have lat and long set and detail pages with maps that are working fine.
