In the demo content the categories all have different hex codes in the descriptions. I assumed they were left over from a dev experiment with colors for categories or something... at any rate I can't imagine they are significant at all, just a dev artifact.

not quite… every category in your demo-content has a different Hex value… is there any reason or function for that?
