Awesome, I was putting it in the Description under the Menus section, added it to the Categories Description and it worked. But you have to do this additionally as it will not load the one it the option tree.

Did you add the image url in the description of the Menu item or the Category? What if you remove that and set a Default Background image in your Option Tree settings?

Have been developing my page for a few weeks now and only have a few issues remaining.

I have set my background in OptionTree and it works on all pages except the 'category' blogs, no background image at all. I have also tried putting the URL in the 'Description' field when creating the menu option. This is the Subject page

I also found the widget slider to be a buggy with firefox v.11 (not in IE though), not loading the sliders only the first one, what seemed to fix it was just opening them all and saving them one by one.
