Hey,

Eureka! I'm so glad I ask questions. This literally saved me about an hour of searching, selecting and deselecting. The theme options I selected was "Travel Chronicles," but it seems to me that I also had to select a default image... only I have one more question :?) How come it shows on the Home Page now. And how can I get the map back on the Home Page?

Much appreciated!

Aly

Hi there,

This theme supports a single blog category that you can select in the theme options. Regarding the background image, only the default background image is supported. If it isn't showing, it's likely because you aren't viewing the blog category you selected in the theme options.

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks!

Chris

Ok, so I may be making this complicated. My titles (in the header of every page) are a mix between categories and pages. My default "blog" for the non-mapping is titled "Travel Chronicles" with 2 sub-categories titled "His Journal" and "Her Diary." That being said, yes I have 2 blogs I want to use for the website.
I gave up trying to put posts onto pages, so I put posts on categories.. Not sure if that's the right way to do it.

Problem: I can't seem to figure out how to put a background image for Categories... Especially "Travel Chronicles" Category, it shows grey.

I tried to use the "Default Background Image" a sunset picture but it shows up on every page even the home page. Still no background image for the category page "Travel Chronicles."

Question: I know it's map first, blog second, but what would you say the best option for my problem would be? Should I cut my losses and just make the "Travel Chronicles" a page and keep the "His Journal/Her Diary" categories? Or am I just making it too complicated for myself?
