Hi there,

That widget is a default WordPress widget with limited options. My best suggestion is to perform a plugin search on the WordPress plugins page for widgets that provide more options. I'm certain there are a number of options available. Sorry I don't have a solid recommendation for a specific plugin. I haven't needed a widget with these requirements.

Hi

Seem to have everything working now, customised etc (this forum has been super informative!) but there's no last thing I can't seem to figure out.

Is there a way to tell the categories widget in the footer which categories to include or does it include them all?

Reason for asking is we have many categories for posts, some that fall into three or four different ones however I only want to show the main three broad categories on this widget on each page's footer.

Is that possible?
