You can try using a plugin to change the order. I did a quick search and found this one: http://wordpress.org/plugins/intuitive-custom-post-order/

Hi

I have setup the categories fine, but when I click on them in the menu and it lists the posts they are listed by date. Is there a way to change this so they are listed alphabetically?
