The PSD really represents the beginning stages of my ideas for this theme. During development, however, the categories listed evolved into the breadcrumbs feature, which I feel is far more practical since you can list the categories in the menu.

Me again. Sorry. I do REALLY appreciate all your help.

I notice on the PSD file that your demo site has a clickable categories under the header bar above the posts 'View All / Landscapes' etc. How do I do this?

I'm a designer sorry... I like things to be right!
