When you click on the pictures, it just opens a single picture. I have created Post for the portfolios, then added the photos through Media, Add New. Then in Attached To added the Post title to get the photos to appear on those pages.

I also added [gallery link="file"] or [gallery] to the HTML in Post, but photo still opens a single picture, not the Carousel slideshow.

See portfolios: http://blog.michelnafziger.com/san-francisco-paris/ for example should show the image in the full-screen slideshow.

I realize "we dont support other plugins, if you want to add something else that not default with the theme you need fill a customization request out http://themolitor.com/custom" as you said before, but maybe Brick and Mason theme is deactivating Carousel by Jetpack. Is it a jQuery version issue?

The under Settings < Media to "display images in full size carousel window." does not show up on Brick and Mason, but it does on other themes I have bought.
