I've tried doing this so many times now, and it's been weeks. Can you just send me screenshots of what I'm supposed to be seeing, because what you are saying does not produce the effect you say it does. If you don't insert the images, nothing shows up.

When an image is finished uploading, simply close the pop-up window as the image is now "attached" to the post and will automatically display (the theme detects ALL images attached to the page and displays those in the gallery).

This is what I've done before.

It's stage 3 where the problem is. Once I've done 3, I have no way to proceed WITHOUT inserting the images, as the only other option is to cancel, which leaves me without anything to see. I can send you screen captures if that helps, because it sounds like the options you have are different. Or can you post screen captures of what I'm supposed to be seeing

1. create a page.

2. assign the "gallery" page tempalte. Reference: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#templates

3. Click the "add media" button and upload any images you want in the gallery.

4. publish the page after images finish uploading (do not insert images into page content area).

4. Add the page you created to your menu.

These are the instructions I followed originally, and they don't work, which is why i asked for the clarification (See above). Can you talk me through the steps exactly. Please don't refer to what you've already sent me through as this hasn't worked, which is why I've had to install the widget.

I'm a little confused as to why the video plays, and what happens when I upload the next one.

With the Gallery, it's still not working. Can you explain what you mean by the term gallery page? Do I create a page called Gallery? Then use the format Gallery? If that's the case, i;ve done that. I get to the media library and HAVE to insert pics as the only other option is to cancel. So, I insert pics and then add gallery to the menu, but nothing shows.

Can you explain the process of how to create a gallery, as if I don't know anything, as it feels like there's something very basic (a first step) that I'm missing.

I visited your site and see the video loading. Were you able to resolve all the video issues?

Regarding the image gallery, navigate to the edit page for the gallery and click the "Add Media" button. You can upload an image from the pop-up window. After an image is finished uploading, it is now "attached" to the page and will automatically be displayed in the gallery.

Most users click "insert into post" after the image is uploaded, which is not necessary.

I've managed to make the sound work, but still no video.

Can you be very particular in explaining how I get a video to work?

Also, The Gallery function isn't working. In your documentation, you say: 'You DO NOT need to insert any images or gallery shortcodes into the page content area. Simply upload them to the post and you're done' What do you mean by 'upload them to the post'? Does that mean the page? If so, where am I supposed to upload them to, if not the page content area???

I've installed the theme but can't make the home page work to show a video or hear anything.. I've gone through the instructions you provided, but no to avail.

Can you explain as if I was five what a need to do to make a video play on the home page? Please don't refer to your existing notes as they haven't worked for me.
