You'll need to contact your hosting provider about this. This doesn't appear to be a theme issue but has to do with your hosting permissions...

If I simply change the colour scheme and hit save I don't have any problems, but if I try to alter other fields such as adding a link for Twitter or Facebook I get a 403 Error.

- You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.
- Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The browser address bar reads: http://whmint.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=functions.php

I have tried changing the permissions to 744 for both the admin.php and functions.php page but I get the same error.
