Hi there,

Those are server errors. Unfortunately that is not something I can provide support for as I'm not a server administrator and this does not appear to be related to any files that I provided.

My best suggestion is to contact your hosting provider with this information.

Following your guide, but after trying to import demo content ("demo_content.xml"), after selecting "Download and import file attachments" and clicking Submit, I get directed to

http://client.wheelhousecreative.com/betterangels/site1/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress&step=2

and I see:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@client.wheelhousecreative.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
