Have you uploaded the Theme Options XML file to the settings? It should be the first option once Option Tree is installed properly.

There is no option for it my first option is colors. The only place that I can see having anything to do with the logo in under general.

you can change the logo (its the very first option in the theme options)

how do I edit the logo. There is no option in the theme options.
